We offer Initial Consultations for potential applicants to Canada, whether it is for work, study, visiting, or permanent residence. Canadian Immigration law is complex and there are over 90 programs to choose from. You might want to know your options and a recommended route to follow before beginning the process. Not everyone who wishes to immigrate to Canada will qualify.
Before we can include you in our database or before we give you any advice or answers to your specific questions, we need to assess your personal situation. Not a single application is the same; every application is unique. For this reason, we are unable to give any answers before we consult with you about your specific situation including: your background, your goals, and your employment qualifications.
Initial Consultants are charged for, and by appointment only, whether in person, on the phone, or through Teams. You will speak with our experienced Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant about your needs and or (existing) case. To book your Initial Consultation, please call our office.
In your initial consultation, you may expect a preliminary review of issues, possibilities and recommendations of the best route to follow. Should you desire written legal opinions, additional fees will apply.
Given the in-depth case evaluations we provide, we do charge for our time. However, if a client retains us to help with their immigration matter, the consultation fee will be applied to future legal fees.
Initial Consultations do usually not exceed an hour. Payments need to be received upfront, in order to keep your reservation. In case, a consultation does not last the full hour, payments will not be adjusted. Our consultation fee is non-refundable.
Please note: If you have previously prepared an application in which you did not retained us or used our services, we will not provide a review of your documentation nor will we open your profile in Express Entry for evaluation.
Languages
We provide service in the English language however, we also speak Dutch, German, Afrikaans and limited French.
How much does the process cost?
We take great care to honour the legal principle of access to justice. Our fees will depend upon the nature and complexity of your case and the number of applications required to be made on your behalf to accomplish your final goal. Once your matter is carefully assessed during the consultation and case evaluation, quotation of specific fees will be possible.
